The Official Engage Launch: In Pictures!

Held at Bournemouth’s prestigious Norfolk Royale Hotel, the Engage launch was a flurry of excitement, for Directors, Tracey Wood and Frances Miles, and their guests, who included some of Dorset’s most well known and respected business leaders.

Heading up the new division of Jobshop UK, itself one of Dorset’s leading Independent Recruitment Consultancies, was Lucy York, whose own experience with National and International companies, will be giving Engage Executive recruitment, the competitive edge on its rivals.

Directors, Frances and Tracey, presented an eye catching animation depicting the growth and expansion of Jobshop UK which led to the decision to launch a new division especially tailored to the needs and requirements of executive recruitment.

Excitement mounted as guests were invited to ‘get interactive’ and start tweeting about the launch as the new executive division’s name was finally revealed; ‘Engage,’ to much applause and encouragement from the guests.

After a brief interlude where guests enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch, Chief Executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Kevin Green, congratulated the Engage team on their launch before talking to the audience about the recruitment industry, and what the future holds, emphasizing that ‘those Companies who refuse to embrace the Social Media revolution, will find themselves left behind.’

After brief but engaging presentations from Engage’s sponsors for the day, Paul Kinvig of Dale Carnegie; Alex Simmons from Saffery Champness and Susannah Brade-Waring of Aspirin Business Solutions, guests were invited to share their thoughts and feedback on the event  via ‘Vox Pops’ filmed by Nicky Clarke-Bradford of Seaberry PR.  The clips will be used on the Company website and social media.

Feedback from the guests proved to be exceptionally positive, with Sue Kerr from People Matter commenting; “Great Brand, Great Concept, Desperately needed in Dorset.”

Chris Wilkinson, from HR Department, added; “Fantastic day. Can’t believe that someone hasn’t thought of the name before; says exactly what they intend to do. Great name: Engage.” While Rob Mitchell from AFC Bournemouth, enthused, “Engage, brilliant, very educational day, glad to be part of it!”

Lucy York is waiting to take your call and discuss how Engage can help you in your Executive Recruitment search, so call her on 01202 674488.
